I have created a tool to find the relative position of vertex nodes in every frame of a animation.
Instructions:
Drag and drop model. Select the frames. Generate.
You can modify the template a bit for you needs.. maybe your compiler support arrays or switch cases.
The user case for this would be things like have smoke effects in the tip of weapons. Or maybe bleed from cut arms. Always where you want to generate effects in the exact position a vertex of the model.
This is not intended for other uses, like attaching weapons to weaponless models, but you may try.
I do not provide the function to convert the position vector to world coordiantes. You sould provide that yourself. The math is pesky and I am not good at math, so I would not risk this now.
